Accordingly, in recent days, the hotline of Vietnam SS received reflection from some people about the fact that they received phone calls from strangers with the numbers: 0555 ..., 8009… claiming to be a person of the SS. These subjects notified the people that they have gone for medical examination and treatment with the HI cards but have not yet paid for the medical examination and treatment or notify the people that they have profited medical examination and treatment amount from the HI fund, etc. Then asking people to provide personal information and pay an amount (through the account) to pay the cost of medical examination and treatment covered by HI or refund the money that has been profited from the HI fund, otherwise the SS will report to the Public Security to investigate, subtract money in people's bank accounts, cut off people's right to use HI cards, etc.
Before the above incident, the Vietnam SS warned: The subject claiming to be a person of the SS called the people to report the above contents was fraudulent. Currently, the SS does not deploy any form of direct phone calls to people to report that they have gone for medical examination and treatment with the HI card or say they have profited the money from HI fund as some people reflected above.
Vietnam SS is collecting phone numbers claiming to be the people of the SS that committed the above fraud according to people's reflection to transfer the Ministry of Public Security and request the Ministry of Public Security to coordinate in the investigation and strictly deal with the provisions of law.
Vietnam SS recommends: People need to raise their vigilance when receiving strange phone calls, claiming to be a person of the SS; absolutely not to perform any requests from those subjects, especially not to transfer money or provide personal information to strangers over the phone. In case of receiving the above calls, you should immediately notify the Public Security for handling, or notify the hotline of Vietnam SS at 1900.9068 for prompt advice, support and answers.
