Attending the session were Mr. Bui Minh Thanh - Vice Chairman of the PPC, along with members of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders from departments, agencies, and localities.
The session reviewed and provided feedback on the draft Decision to approve the 1/2,000-scale zoning plan for the ecological tourism, resort, and entertainment service area at Tha La Peninsula, Dau Tieng Lake.
Overview of the meeting
Accordingly, the area under planning research is located within the administrative boundaries of Dinh Thanh Commune, Dau Tieng District, with its borders defined as follows: To the East, it borders Nui Cau protection forest and provincial road DH.703ND. To the West and North, it borders Dau Tieng Lake. To the South, it borders Dau Tieng Lake and provincial road DH.703ND.
The total area for planning is approximately 458 hectares, including land earmarked for tourism development combined with approximately 36 hectares of natural lake surface within the total 458 hectares, designated for boat piers and various water bodies (lakes for aquatic organisms and aquatic plants).
The nature of the area is an ecological tourism, resort, and high-end entertainment service complex.
The projected maximum daily capacity and carrying capacity is approximately 61,601 people. The maximum number of visitors for a single stay can accommodate around 13,613 people.
The total number of accommodation rooms can accommodate approximately 4,880 rooms, including hotels and various types of low-rise accommodation facilities. The direct and indirect labor force is estimated at approximately 16,000 people.

The spatial organization of the planned area will ensure distinctiveness according to each functional cluster, while fostering dynamic interaction and integration within each zone. Each cluster of buildings, though unique, will be harmoniously linked by transitional spaces to avoid disrupting the area's landscape.
The aim is to establish the area as a high-end tourist destination offering services such as: ecological tourism, ecological resorts, conference tourism, and entertainment seamlessly connected with mountain and waterfront attractions, along with experiential tours forming a high-quality, all-inclusive tourism package.
Development of the planned area will adhere to ecological and environmentally friendly standards, leveraging natural landscape resources to create a world-class high-end tourist destination.
This area will focus on developing entertainment complexes, commercial centers, hotel and resort clusters, convention centers, theme parks, parks – squares, and jetties, etc., to meet the accommodation, leisure, and entertainment needs of tourists.
Additionally, the meeting session also reviewed and provided feedback on several other important matters.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh fundamentally concurred with the submitted proposals. At the same time, he urged Dau Tieng and Tan Uyen localities to promptly review, supplement, and finalize their overall master plans and urban development programs, ensuring timely implementation as planned.
