With a total investment capital exceeding 5,459 billion VND, Cay Truong Industrial Park is planned on an area of 700 hectares, prioritizing the attraction of high-tech and environmentally friendly industries; it is expected to create 35,000 jobs.
The Bau Bang Expanded Industrial Park Project (Phase 2) adds 380 hectares of cleared land adjacent to the existing industrial park, providing synchronous and modern infrastructure, ready to serve large-scale industrial manufacturing investors. The total estimated investment capital is 3,500 billion VND. The project is oriented towards developing an ecological industrial park model, harmoniously integrating production with environmental protection, aiming to attract high-quality enterprises, especially green businesses.

Regarding technical infrastructure, both industrial parks are built to international standards, integrating digital technology solutions such as smart monitoring systems, IoT, and automated operational management. Notably, Cay Truong Industrial Park boasts a superior advantage in transport connectivity thanks to the strategic Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang route (10 lanes), which has been in operation since 2024.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Chairman of the PPC, stated that Cay Truong Industrial Park and Bau Bang Expanded Industrial Park (Phase 2) will become symbols of smart, ecological industrial parks, integrating digital technology and renewable energy.
Furthermore, the Concentrated Information Technology Park, spanning 15.47 hectares, will create a favorable environment for investment activities to attract domestic and foreign capital and technology, contributing to making the information technology industry a key economic sector, thereby enhancing Viet Nam's information technology position and brand.
These are steps for Binh Duong province to ascend to a higher level in the global industrial value chain, aiming to build a new ecosystem that complements the existing one, meeting the highest demands of domestic and international investors and workers in the period of comprehensive and increasingly deep integration.
To realize this important goal, he requested that relevant departments, agencies, and localities, according to their functions and duties, actively coordinate with investors and Becamex IDC Corporation to expedite necessary procedures and soon complete infrastructure to quickly attract advanced investment projects serving the province's socio-economic development.

Delivering a directive speech at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh stated that the Government of Viet Nam always identifies sustainable development, green economy, and digital transformation as strategic pillars to drive the country forward strongly in the new era. The projects commenced today in Binh Duong are clear evidence of the locality's alignment with these orientations.
On behalf of the Government, he pledged to continue creating all favorable conditions regarding policies, legal frameworks, and investment support for localities like Binh Duong and enterprises like Becamex IDC to maximize their potential. He also expressed his desire for Becamex IDC to continue innovating, upgrading existing industrial parks, expanding international cooperation, and replicating the model of ecological and smart industrial parks nationwide.
