PORTAL - The Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 1362/QD-UBND on the maximum pricing for on-demand services related to notarization within the province. The Decision takes effect from June 01, 2025.
Accordingly, the maximum pricing applies to on-demand services related to notarization in the province, including: drafting contracts and transactions; typing and printing contracts and transactions; document translation; photocopying papers and documents; and duplicating archived dossiers. Notary practice organizations in the province are responsible for determining specific prices for each type of notarization service, but these prices must not exceed the maximum rates stipulated in this Decision and must be declared in accordance with regulations; concurrently, these prices must be publicly posted at their offices. The Department of Justice shall preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to implement and guide the execution, and inspect the compliance with this Decision.
