At the reception, Mr. Trinh Hoang Tuan Anh - Deputy Director of the Planning and Investment Department, stated that with an open and attractive investment environment, Binh Duong has consistently been among the leading provinces and cities nationwide in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) in recent years.
Overview of the meeting
As of February 15th, 2025, Binh Duong Province has cumulatively attracted 4,433 investment projects from 65 countries and territories, with a total registered capital of over 42.51 billion USD. Binh Duong currently ranks 3rd nationwide in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), following Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Among the 65 countries and territories investing in Binh Duong, China leads with 1,806 projects and a total investment capital of over 11.5 billion USD.

In the coming time, Binh Duong will continue to promote regional cooperation and development, particularly in the fields of transportation, science and technology, and development space. The province will innovate its development ecosystem, aiming towards smart, green, and sustainable urbanization. In particular, the province will accelerate the establishment of the concentrated Information Technology Park and the 220-hectare High-Tech Park in the New City.
Mr. Tran Tieu Hang congratulated and expressed his impression with Binh Duong's outstanding achievements and development, as well as the province's attractive investment environment. He expressed his hope that this visit would help Henan Province's businesses explore opportunities to promote investment activities in various fields such as technology, electronics, healthcare, and real estate in Binh Duong in the future.
