At the meeting, Mr. Bui Minh Thanh – Vice Chairman of the PPC expressed his delight in welcoming the delegation to visit Binh Duong Province. Impressed by Japan's development model, the Vice Chairman of the PPC stated that Binh Duong is actively promoting cooperation with Japanese localities in various fields. Among the 65 countries and territories investing in Binh Duong, Japan has 358 investment projects with a total capital of nearly 6 billion USD. The effective production and business operations of Japanese enterprises have contributed to the stable and sustainable development of the province.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Masashi Suzuki shared some information about the development process of Ibaraki Prefecture. Accordingly, Ibaraki Prefecture is located in the Kanto region, Japan, with its capital city being Mito; it has an area of approximately 6,096 km² and a population of about 2.8 million people. Ibaraki is one of Japan's important industrial centers, particularly in industries such as machinery manufacturing, electronics production, food processing, and agriculture. Ibaraki has a well-developed transportation network, including railways, roads, and airports. Mr. Masashi Suzuki emphasized that Binh Duong Province and Ibaraki Prefecture share many similarities in their development goals, therefore he hopes that the two sides will have a closer and more practical cooperative relationship, jointly addressing difficulties and challenges, especially in human resource development cooperation...
