Appointing Mr. Trinh Duc Tai - Director of Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to hold the position of Director of the Department. Appointment: Mr. Thai Tran Quoc Bao - Officer of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan - Officer of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Party Committee, as Vice Director of Ethnic and Religious Department. The appointment period of 05 years from March 1, 2025.

 

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi respectfully acknowledged and praised the leaders and officials who voluntarily asked for early retirement to create conditions for the organizational restructuring. The Secretary hoped that the comrades would continue to accompany and comment on the development of the province in the near future. 

For newly established and consolidated units, the Secretary emphasizes a huge workload that needs a higher sense of responsibility. The Secretary praised the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and relentless efforts of the Party committees, party organizations, agencies, units, officials and party members who effectively implement the organization of the apparatus and cadres work of the province. Proposing Party committees, sectors and levels to focus on leadership and direction; The units soon stabilize the organization, hand over tasks, property and records. It is essential that the new organizational structure operates immediately without interruption, especially for tasks serving the people and businesses. During the implementation process, work should be carried out while also drawing lessons to further improve the internal structure of each agency and unit, ensuring it is streamlined, efficient, strong, and effective.

In addition, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that the branches and levels continued to focus on implementing Conclusion No. 126, February 14, 2025 of the Politburo, the Secretariat on some contents and tasks to continue arranging and streamlining the organizational restructuring of the political system in 2025. Focus on preparations for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Leading and directing the implementation of tasks related to socio-economic development, ensuring the achievement of a double-digit growth target in 2025, etc.
