Handing over the Decisions of transferred and appointed: Mr. Le Hong Thong - Deputy Head of Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to cease holding the position of Deputy Head of Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, appointed Mr. Le Hong Thong to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ben Cat City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Ben Cat City Party Committee; transfers Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan – Chairwomen of the Provincial Labor Federation to stop holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwomen of the Binh Duong Provincial Labor Federation to work at the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, introduce her to be elected as a member of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; transfer Mr. Pham Trong Nhan - Director of the Planning and Investment Department to work at the Provincial Federation of Labor, appoint him to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term and introduce him as a candidate for the position of Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

The conference handed over the decisions on transfer and appointment from January 1, 2025: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Toan - Director of the Industry and Trade Department to hold the position of Director of the Planning and Investment Department; Mr. Ha Van Ut - Director of the Finance Department to hold the position of Director of the Industry and Trade Department; Mr. Nguyen Vinh Toan - Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Construction Department; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Handing over the Decision on transfer and nomination of candidates: Ms. Nguyen Thanh Loan - Chief of Office of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee ceased to participate in the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and introduced her to hold the position of Vice Chairwomen of the Provincial Women's Union; Mr. Ho Phuong Nam - Chairman of the Ben Cat City Party Committee's Inspection Committee came to work at the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and introduced him to participate in the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; decision to transfer Mr. Bui Duc Trung - Member of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to cease being a member of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ben Cat City Party Committee and introduce him to be elected as Chairman of the Ben Cat City Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi acknowledged and commended the contributions of retired comrades to the province's development. Regarding the comrades who have been reassigned and appointed to new positions, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his hope that they will have a clear understanding of their new roles, responsibilities, and positions, quickly adapt to the work, and effectively organize and direct the leadership of their superiors and coordinate the activities of subordinates. He expressed his confidence that these comrades will strive to fulfill their assigned political tasks, making significant contributions to the socioeconomic development of the locality in the coming time.
