Departments, branches, and People's Committees of District carry out the management of foreign workers working in the province within the scope of tasks and powers according to the provisions of the law and proactively coordinate with agencies, and relevant units to ensure unity and synchronization in implementing State management of foreign workers coming to reside and work in the province. At the same time, creating favorable conditions for employers, organizations, and individuals that employ foreign workers working in the province, etc.
Content of coordination: Developing plans, programs, and organizing propaganda, training, and guidance for organizations and individuals that employ foreign workers on legal regulations related to foreigners working in the province.
Coordinating in guiding the procedures for granting, re-issuing, extending, and revoking work permits, confirming subjects who are not subject to work permits, temporary residence cards, visas, temporary residence extensions, criminal records, health certificates, and other work contents related to management and employment of foreign workers working in the province.
Contributing opinions when requested by the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs to have a basis for determining the needs, issuance, re-issuance, extension, and revocation of work permits for foreign workers.
Carry out checks and inspections on compliance with legal regulations in the management and employing of foreign workers working in the province, and strictly handle violations of the law according to authority.
Exchanging information about those employing foreign employers and foreign workers to serve the work of issuing, re-issuing, extending, revoking work permits, managing, inspecting, and handling promptly, quickly, and under the law.
Method of coordination: Exchanging opinions directly or sending request letters for coordination; Notifying in writing the results of handling administrative violations related to foreign workers working in the province; Providing documents and reports on the management of foreign workers working in the province.
