At the meeting, the Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh briefly introduced the province's socio-economic development and investment attraction in the last 10 months.
Accordingly, as of October 31, 2024, Binh Duong has 4,359 foreign investment projects with a total registered capital of more than 42 billion USD. Binh Duong currently ranks 3rd in Viet Nam in attracting foreign investment capital, following Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. South Korea currently ranks 5th out of 65 countries and territories with 775 projects and a total investment capital of 3.42 billion USD. The main investment areas are auxiliary products for the automobile, medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food processing industries, industrial production of textiles, footwear, etc.

Mr. Kim Jin Bae - Advisor of IEC highly appreciated the dynamic development and the open and transparent investment environment of Binh Duong province. He expressed his thanks to the provincial leaders for always supporting and creating favorable conditions for the Korean investors in the province.
He hoped that in the future, the government of Binh Duong would continue to support Korean businesses so that they could contribute to the development of the province, especially the Walkrun Hospital project which will soon be built and put into operation in Binh Duong province.
The Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh affirmed that Binh Duong pays great attention to investing in healthcare development. He said that the provincial leaders are very happy and excited to know that the Walkrun Hospital project will be invested in the province. He requested the specialized departments and branches to actively contact, exchange information, and answer questions for the Delegation to coordinate and support the rapid implementation of the project.
