This resolution has been approved by the Binh Duong Provincial People's Council, term X, 18th session (thematic), and has taken effect from October 25, 2024.
Accordingly, the planning area of Dat Cuoc Industrial Park is located in Dat Cuoc commune, Bac Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province with a planning area of 523.22 hectares. The East borders residential land and is about 100m from DH.436 road. The West borders agricultural land and the Tan Loi stream. The South borders agricultural land and residential land, and the North borders rubber land.
The workforce is about 26,000 people.
The development orientation for Dat Cuoc Industrial Park is to focus on a concentrated, multi-sector approach, attracting investment projects that align with the socio-economic development goals of the province.
Before approving the Planning Project, the Provincial People's Committee needs to review current legal regulations and comments from relevant organizations and individuals to complete the Planning Project. It is necessary to ensure that the content of the Planning Project is appropriate for legal regulations on construction. Planning criteria are appropriate for relevant regulations and standards. Planning costs are estimated according to current norms and regulations and approved by competent authorities. At the same time, it needs to organize planning according to regulations and ensure quality and progress.
