Overview of the meeting

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee thanked ICF for their active support of building Binh Duong Smart City. The Secretary affirmed that ICF's official honor of Binh Duong as Top 1 ICF in 2023 was a great honor in the province's development process. This result is considered the first step, and Binh Duong will continue to strive and pursue its goal of building a smart city. Binh Duong will always be an active and responsible member of ICF.

Appreciating Binh Duong's warm welcome to the ICF's Delegation, Mr. John Jung expressed his honor to continue to accompany the province in the future. At the same time, he highly appreciated the meaning and importance of the Announcement Ceremony of the Binh Duong Provincial Master Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. He affirmed that, with its role, ICF will quickly globally promote Binh Duong's major orientations expressed in the Master Plan.

Mr. John Jung shared the same opinion with Secretary Nguyen Van Loi, that Binh Duong's recognition as Top 1 ICF in 2023 as well as the Announcement of the Provincial Master Plan are just the beginning. What needs to be done is to develop specific and detailed plans to implement strategies and orientations with a higher, faster, and more ambitious spirit. Mr. John Jung expressed his honor since ICF could contribute to the realization of the province's big orientation in building the smart city and implementing the Binh Duong Provincial Master Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
