The Chairman of the PPC said that Binh Duong always strives to be at the forefront of socio-economic development, attracts investment, and becomes the industrial capital of Vietnam. Binh Duong has maintained a twinning relationship with Champasak province (Laos) for the past 18 years with many practical cooperation programs in economy, education and training, and social work. In the coming time, Binh Duong wishes to further strengthen exchanges, and economic connections, seek investment opportunities, and promote trade with localities of Laos.

Mr. Khamphan Phommathat congratulated the comprehensive achievements that Binh Duong has achieved to become a dynamic and strong province. He expressed his impression when visiting and listening to share his experience in operating the Provincial Public Administration Center and the Intelligent Operation Monitoring Center (IOC).
