According to updated results from the National Public Service Portal on May 20th, 2024, on Index 766, Binh Duong province achieved 81.35 points and was ranked 8/63 provinces and cities. At district levels, Di An city leads the way followed by Tan Uyen City and Thuan An City.

Regarding digital transformation, the Provincial IOC System has connected the databases of 4/6 vertical agencies and 8 APIs with the Executive Information Center of the Government, the Prime Minister, and 19/19 departments and branches. More than 1,256 operating indicators and statistics have been collected. In particular, operating data has reached 15 operating indicators (with frequency fluctuations daily, weekly, and monthly). A predictive analysis platform has been deployed, and forecasts on budget revenues and expenditures, industry, and health have been made. The province continues to collect, standardize, and publish 206 open data sets to serve people and businesses on the Open Data Portal and "Binh Duong Digital" Application.

Regarding Project 06, the province has recently provided 1.887 administrative procedures on the Public Service Portal. The rate of receiving online documents for 25 essential public services has reached over 93%. Regarding 28 public services according to Decision No. 422/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, the rate of receiving online applications reached over 90%.
100% of medical facilities use Citizen Identification in medical examination and treatment. More than 1.9 million Health Insurance cards have been synchronized with Citizen Identification for medical examination and treatment. It is necessary to connect driver's health examination data to serve online renewal of driver's licenses and link data of birth certificates and death certificates, etc.
More than 2.2 million people have chip-embedded Citizen Identification cards and nearly 1.7 million electronic identification accounts have been successfully activated. 64,690 digital signatures have been issued, and there are more than 250,000 health records created.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the PPC requested departments and localities to enhance their sense of responsibility and focus on drastically and synchronously implementing each solution to improve Index 766 sustainably. Thus, it demonstrates the goal of building a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. At the same time, it is necessary to speed up the processing of documents and minimize the rate of late documents that affect the people's satisfaction index.
The Chairman of the PPC requested units and localities to learn from experience and overcome limitations in administrative reform, digital transformation, and Project 06. It is necessary to organize training to improve knowledge and skills of information technology for members of the Community Digital Technology Group. In addition, the Provincial Public Security coordinated with relevant departments to speed up the implementation of pilot models of Project 06, etc.
