Accordingly, departments, branches, and localities continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the guiding documents of the Party, the National Assembly, the Government, the Prime Minister, and Plan No. 1210/KH-UBND dated March 22, 2023, of the PPC on strengthening FPF in the new situation in Binh Duong province.
Leaders of agencies, organizations, and localities must pay attention to and well prevent fires, explosions, incidents, and accidents early, remotely, right from the grassroots level. They need to identify this as the main task that must be performed regularly and continuously. It is necessary to continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of laws to heads of facilities and householders to equip them with the knowledge and escape skills when a fire or explosion occurs; and spread effective, good, and typical models and practices on FPF. Moreover, mass media in the province must spend appropriate time, prioritizing the timeframe that people spend on consuming mass media the most to propagate FPF and rescue work.
Besides, they must perform well in the management of construction planning, urban planning, and construction order, especially the management of the construction of individual houses with many multi-story apartments; promptly detecting and strictly handling violations according to the provisions of law; not allowing construction projects and facilities to fail to comply with legal regulations on FPF, delay, or not promptly correct violations; strengthening State management in granting operating licenses to projects and works in the province.
At the same time, they have to review the task of building the FPF Infrastructure Planning Project for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision to 2050 to ensure compliance with local conditions and practical situations and consistency and synchronization with the 10-year economic and social development strategy 2021-2030, the province's economic and social development plan, seriously implementing the tasks of ensuring traffic and water sources for fire fighting and rescue in the area.
