On behalf of the Binh Duong provincial leaders, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi expressed his joy and thanked Sunwah Group for welcoming the delegation. Sharing information about Binh Duong with the Group, the Provincial Party Secretary said that Binh Duong has a strategic location near the seaport and airport; is the logistics center of the Southern key economic region, the industrial capital of the country, with green, circular industrial parks. Binh Duong currently has 29 industrial parks, total area of 12,600 hectares; 91% occupancy rate. The province is planning 15 more industrial parks with a total area of 10,200 hectares, which will meet the requirements of attracting and arranging investment projects. The province's economic structure is mainly industrial (accounting for 97%), the proportion of services is still limited, so the province wants to cooperate with Sunwah Group to promote service development. Currently, Binh Duong has about 65,000 enterprises, including 3,800 Chinese enterprises investing in Binh Duong province with a capital of nearly 11 billion USD.
