PORTAL - The Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 12/NQ-HDND on the approval of the construction zoning planning project at the 1:2000 scale of Viet Nam - Singapore III Industrial Park (phase 2), in Hoi Nghia ward, Tan Uyen City and Tan Lap commune, Bac Tan Uyen district. This resolution was approved by the 10th Binh Duong Provincial People's Council, 10th meeting (thematic) on July 04, 2023, and takes effect from the date of adoption.
Specifically, the project name: Construction zoning planning at the 1:2000 scale of Viet Nam - Singapore III Industrial Park (phase 2).
The Construction zoning planning area of Viet Nam - Singapore III Industrial Park is located in the area of 02 administrative units: Hoi Nghia ward of Tan Uyen City and Tan Lap commune of Bac Tan Uyen district.
The boundary scope of zoning planning is within the boundary of the Viet Nam - Singapore III Industrial Park with a scale of 1,000 hectares which has been approved for the construction general planning and is determined: The North borders the Ring Road No. 5 (DT.745A) according to the planning and borders the area where the construction zoning planning phase 1 has been established (196.45 hectares); the South borders Ring Road No. 4 according to Ho Chi Minh City planning. The East borders residential land of Tan Lap commune, Bac Tan Uyen district; the West borders rubber land belonging to Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company and the area where the zoning planning Phase 1 has been established (196.45 hectares). Planning scale: 803.55 hectares, labor scale from 33,000 - 35,000 people.
Viet Nam - Singapore III Industrial Park (phase 2) is a multi-industry concentrated manufacturing industrial park, in which priority is given to exploiting high-tech industries, associated with the service and management center of the whole Viet Nam - Singapore III Industrial Park and connecting the external traffic axis DT.746.
Assigning the Provincial People's Committee based on current legal regulations, to complete and approve the Planning Project to ensure that the content is consistent with the legal provisions on construction planning; planning criteria to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The planning budget estimates are according to current norms and regulations and are appraised and approved by the competent authorities according to regulations.
