At the meeting, Mr. Le Van Trang sincerely thanked the leaders of the government and departments, branches of Binh Duong province for always creating favorable conditions for the unit to perform its tasks well. In 2022, Binh Duong is the province with the third largest electricity output in the country after Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. On the occasion of the meeting, leaders of the Southern Electricity Corporation also shared some difficulties of the electricity branch in the province such as the relocation of power grid systems to serve traffic works; deployment progress of 110kV substations; planning for underground power grid as well as the implementation of solar power projects, etc.
He said, it is expected that in 2023, the Corporation will implement 11 110 KV substation projects in the province. This is quite a large amount of work. Therefore, the Corporation wished to continue to receive the attention and support of the locality so that the works can be completed on schedule, contributing to meeting the electricity demand for production and daily life of people and enterprises.

Talking to the delegation, Chairman of Binh Duong PPC Vo Van Minh affirmed the important role of the electricity branch in the socio-economic development of the locality. He suggested relevant departments and branches to closely coordinate with Binh Duong Power Company and Southern Power Corporation to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing electricity projects and works, but must ensure compliance with the provisions of law. At the same time, he hoped that the Corporation would continue to pay attention to and ensure sufficient power supply to effectively serve the increasing development of Binh Duong province.
