The meeting unanimously approved the Resolution on the resignation of a member of the 10th Provincial People's Council for Mr. Pham Van Chanh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council (according to personal wishes) and Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang - former member of the 10th Provincial People's Council and for Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang - former Deputy Director of Binh Duong Customs Department due to his transfer to Ba Ria - Vung Tau Customs Department.

Deputies also voted to add the title of Member of the 10th Provincial People's Committee, 2021-2026 tenure for Mr. Trinh Duc Tai - Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. As a result, with 64/64 votes of approval from the deputies present, reaching 91.42% of the total number of deputies to the 10th Provincial People's Council (70 deputies), Mr. Trinh Duc Tai was elected as a member of the 10th Provincial People's Committee, 2021-2026 tenure.
