At the seminar, the delegates heard Prof. Dr. Vu Minh Giang presented the thematic "Promoting Vietnamese cultural and human values to realize the aspiration to build a prosperous and happy country". Accordingly, the 13th Party Congress identified one of the strategic breakthroughs in the 2021-2030 period as: "Promoting Vietnamese cultural values and human strength; strongly arousing the nation's development aspirations, patriotism, pride, self-reliance and compassion, solidarity and social consensus; building a rich, diverse, civilized, healthy cultural environment and life, and international integration; upholding the sense, responsibility, social ethics, live and work according to the law". This once again confirms the great role of cultural values in realizing the country's development aspirations in the current period. In order to build and promote cultural values that create the basis and motivation to realize the country's development aspirations in the new period, it is necessary to build a national value system, cultural value system and human standards of Vietnam; educate Vietnamese people in the new era; build a nice and healthy cultural environment, etc.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh - Member of Provincial Standing Party Committee, Head of Propaganda and Training Commission of Provincial Party Committee, said that on February 25, 2022, the Provincial Standing Party Committee issued Plan No. 48-KH/TU to organize learning on the ideological and theoretical foundations of the Party, the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system in the spirit of the Fourth Conference of the Party Central Committee (term XIII) for key cadres at all levels throughout the provincial Party Committee on a regular and annual basis to help cadres and party members to be deeply aware of the Party's ideological and theoretical foundations, the importance of building and rectifying the Party and the political system in the new situation. Today's thematic seminar was conducted in the spirit of the content, purpose and requirements of the Plan no. 48-KH/TU of the Provincial Standing Party Committee.

After this seminar, all levels of Party committees, leaders and managers at all levels continued to deeply study thematic contents, thereby relating to the actual implementation of political tasks of each locality, agency, unit and the responsibilities and duties of the heads, leading officers, managers, especially in carrying out the task of developing culture and people in the province in the spirit of the 13th Party Congress on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country. In particular, it is necessary to continue to promote the achieved advantages and results, and at the same time overcome the limitations and shortcomings in the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, build a cultural life, a rich, healthy, safe and progressive cultural environment for the highest goal of constantly improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
