The delegation visited the situation of production and business activities, taking care of workers after the Covid-19 pandemic at Estec Vietnam Co., Ltd (Vietnam - Singapore I Industrial Park). Estec Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a Korean enterprise, specializing in the production of electronic equipment, audio equipment, with more than 3,100 workers. In the third quarter of 2021, due to the outbreak of the pandemic, the Company faced many difficulties; the annual production output reached 37 million products, reaching 69% of the set plan. In 2022, the Company aims to produce 43 million products; the whole Company strives to complete the set plan, on schedule with the contract with its partners.

Talking to the delegation, the Company's leaders thanked the local authorities for supporting the Company in pandemic prevention and control, production restoration, and taking care of workers' lives. Currently, more than 80% of workers have been vaccinated with 3 doses of Covid-19 vaccine. The Company's workers are supported by more than 10 billion VND according to the spirit of Resolution 68 of the Government and are currently being deployed to support boarding house costs.

Sharing with the company's difficulties during the outbreak of the pandemic, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that Binh Duong always accompanies enterprises, creating favorable conditions for enterprises to develop production and business. Therefore, the Government's policies on economic recovery are quickly resolved by the province. Reporting to the Delegation, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of TBS Group said that TBS Group operates in the fields of industrial production, real estate, logistics - ports - warehouses. Currently, there are 35 factories nationwide, 06 product development centers with 45,000 workers, 18,000 workers in Binh Duong province alone. The company's leather shoes and handbags are exported to more than 60 countries around the world. In 2022, the Group's goal is to increase productivity in the leather shoes by 67%, handbags by 40%, and shoe soles by 25%. Currently, the Group has applied the SAP system in management and digitization in industrial production with high efficiency and wishes to contribute to the province's development, innovation, and increasingly improve people's lives.

The Secretary wished that the Group will continue to develop at a new stage with new heights.
