This Decision takes effect from October 18, 2021 and annuls all AP in the following areas: Urban development; houses and offices; real estate business; construction management; State inspection on the quality of construction works under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction and construction management under the jurisdiction of the district People's Committee in Decision no. 2543/QD-UBND dated September 03, 2020 of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee on the announcement of standardized AP under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction, the district People's Committee and the commune People's Committee.​
