Accordingly, providing one-time support worth 500,000 VND/person in food, foodstuffs or cash. The time applied is in August 2021.
Funding for implementation is guaranteed by the State Budget according to current budget decentralization and other lawful revenue sources.
The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is assigned to coordinate with relevant departments, committees and branches to guide localities in implementing, inspect and supervise districts, towns and cities during the implementation of support to ensure the right subjects, timeliness and efficiency.
The Department of Finance ensures the state budget to implement the policy specified in this Decision.
The Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations and mass organizations are requested to participate in propagating and disseminating this policy, mobilizing youth union members and members of their organizations to participate in the work of supporting and inspecting and supervising the implementation.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities urgently implement this Decision, direct the People's Committees of communes, wards and commune-level towns to review and make a list of subjects according to regulations to provide timely support and to the right subjects. Approving the list of subjects entitled to support policy, and at the same time, deploying the support timely, effectively, openly and transparently, to the right subjects, preventing policy abuse and profiteering.
