To ensure the effective Covid-19 prevention and control in the province, the Provincial People's Committee requests all levels, branches and units to mobilize the entire political system to take part; proactively, actively and drastically implement solutions to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic. Heads of Party executive committees, agencies and units must be responsible for leading and directing pandemic prevention and control to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

​Continuing to strengthen propaganda and raise awareness of people, enterprise owners, Community Covid-19 Groups, Covid-19 Safety Groups with specific, practical contents, appropriate and effective forms so that everyone always upholds the initiative and sense of responsibility in the implementation of pandemic prevention and control measures; protects ourselves and protects the community.

On the basis of determining the risk levels of the Covid-19 pandemic in areas in the province, the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are requested to implement for people traveling from high-risk areas to high-risk areas must be quarantined for 14 days and tested at least 3 times as regulated by the Ministry of Health, except for emergencies such as: Emergency, natural disaster, fire; cases in charge of pandemic prevention and control; security and order, urban sanitation and other necessary cases which shall be considered and decided by the locality.

For residential areas that have undergone large-scale screening tests, local authorities must have strict management and protection measures that do not allow people and vehicles to enter and exit these areas arbitrarily.
