PORTAL - According to the report of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, from 17:00 on July 18 to 6:00 on July 19, 2021, Binh Duong recorded 215 new cases, bringing the total number of Covid-19 cases in the community in the province to 2,859.
Out of 215 new cases, 45 were in the isolation area, 78 were in the blockade area, 91 were at medical facilities, and there was 01 community screening.
According to the locality, 127 cases in Thuan An city, 51 cases in Dau Tieng district, 08 cases in Tan Uyen town, 08 cases in Di An city, 05 cases in Ben Cat, 03 cases in Phu Giao district, 01 case in Thu Dau Mot City, 01 case in Bau Bang district and 11 cases related to Ho Chi Minh City.
Since the 4th outbreak, Binh Duong province has recorded 2,859 cases of Covid-19 (of which, 705 cases were detected through examination at medical facilities; 76 cases detected at companies, agencies, rapid test and screening; 1,521 cases detected in the isolation area; 445 cases detected in the blockade; 107 cases in the community (markets, non-blocked areas), 05 cases detected at quarantine checkpoints).
Currently, the province has 10 treatment areas for Covid-19 patients with 2,780 patients being treated. In which, there are 41 pregnant women, 28 people over 65 years old, 74 people with underlying diseases, 51 people with severe disease. Cumulatively, 196 patients recovered, 08 died.
On July 18, 2021, we continued to deploy large-scale testing in Di An, taking samples for about 80,000 people, through rapid antigen test, 307 people were suspected.
Tracing results at all outbreaks recorded about 12,833 F1 cases, 33,723 F2 cases.
