​As a result, Mr. Vo Van Minh – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee was elected to the position of Chairman of the 10th Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee with the number of votes in favor reaching the rate of 95.71% compared to the total number of deputies of the 10th Provincial People's Council.

Mr. Vo Van Minh was born in 1972, place of origin: Tan Binh, Di An. Professional qualification: Electrical engineer, Bachelor of politics and Master of economics. He was trusted to hold many important positions in Binh Duong. Specifically, from 2008-2012, he was the Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; from May 2012 to August 2013, he held the position of Chairman of Di An town People's Committee; from August 2013, he was the Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; since April 2014, he held the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; from July 2015, he was a Member of Binh Duong Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee; from April 2019, he held the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

Speaking to accept the task, Mr. Vo Van Minh deeply thanked the leaders, former leaders of the province through the periods, leaders of departments, committees, branches, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, local leaders in the province have always supported and created favorable conditions for him to successfully complete his past tasks, train and accumulate experience to continue dedicating in his new role.

Also at this meeting, the deputies elected the positions of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Member of the 10th Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, Mr. Mai Hung Dung and Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha were re-elected as Vice Chairman of the 10th Provincial People's Committee and 17 people were elected to the position of Members of the 10th Provincial People's Committee, 2021-2026 tenure.
