The outbreak in Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward, Tan Uyen Town was detected on June 13, 2021, then it spread to the outbreak in a company located in Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City; Tan Vinh hiep Ward, Tan Uyen Town and Hiep An Ward, Thu Dau Mot City. From the 4th outbreak, Binh Duong has recorded 44 infected cases in the community, including 03 cases in Binh Quoi B, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City; 08 cases in a company in Di An City; 03 cases in Ehome 4 Apartment, Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City; 26 cases related to the outbreak in Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward, Tan Uyen Town; 04 cases in a company in Thuan An City and 03 cases in Binh Thang Ward, Di An City. Binh Duong General Hospital are quarantining and treating 44 patients. The patients are currently in stable health.

According to the Department of Health, the outbreak in Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward, Tan Uyen Town has spread to other areas in the province. The situation of the outbreak is extremely complicated and capable of spreading. At the same time, there are many other high-risk cases who travel from epidemic-affected localities to Binh Duong, especially from Ho Chi Minh City's outbreaks due to the massive number of workers and experts working and traveling between the cities.
