PORTAL - The Steering Committee for the 2021 High School Graduation Exam in Binh Duong Province has issued a Plan to organize the 2021 High School Graduation Exam.
Accordingly, the whole province has 13,611 candidates registered for the exam. In which, 629 candidates only registered for consideration of graduation; 12,533 candidates registered for consideration of graduation and entrance exams; 449 candidates registered for entrance exam only.
The exam takes place officially in 02 days, July 07 and 08, 2021 and is arranged at 25 exam locations. In which, 19 exam locations are located at high schools of districts, towns and cities; 05 exam locations are located at secondary schools and 01 exam location is located at the Center of Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Dau Tieng district.
The exam board shall announce the exam results no later than July 26, 2021 and announce the review results no later than August 16, 2021. Completing the consideration for recognition of high school graduation no later than July 28, 2021, completing the consideration and recognition of graduation after the review no later than August 20, 2021.
The Department of Education and Training actively advises the Provincial Steering Committee for the Exam to deal with situations that arise during the organization of the exam; coordinate with functional agencies, Provincial Radio and Television Station, Binh Duong Newspaper, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to widely disseminate information about the 2021 High School Graduation Exam.
At the same time, thoroughly understanding and disseminating to civil servants, public employees, students, students' parents about the regulations of the 2021 High School Graduation Exam; directing high schools, center of vocational education - continuing education, center of continuing education and professional training of Binh Duong province to actively organize review for students. Mobilizing leaders and teachers to participate in the monitoring the exam, marking the tests and assigning tasks to members of the Exam board. Directing the schools selected as exam locations to develop a plan to prepare enough facilities and equipment for the exam; creating conditions, arranging accommodation for officials and lecturers participating in local exam monitoring; coordinating with local health authorities to prepare well for pandemic prevention (disinfection, masks, etc.), to ensure the safety of exam officials and candidates. At the same time, setting up a Board of graduation consideration and special consideration for candidates who are privileged according to regulations (illness, accident, quarantine due to Covid-19 infection).
