PORTAL - According to the report of the Department of Health, until 2:00pm on June 8, 2021, Binh Duong had not recorded any new infected cases in the community.
From the 4th pandemic, Binh Duong has recorded 08 infected cases in the community, including 03 cases in Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City and 05 cases in Di An City. All of the patients are related to the Revival Ekklesia Mission which contained the virus mutation in India.
Cumulatively, Binh Duong have recorded 53 infected cases including 32 Vietnamese citizens returning from abroad regulated by Military District 7, 06 foreign experts, 14 community infections, and 01 illegally imported case from Cambodia.
In relation to the infected cases in Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, 286 F1 cases were supervised and taken test samples, 286 cases were negative; there were 497 F2 cases and 310 pooled screening samples (1.534 people) were taken; all of the cases were negative. Up to now, basically all F1 cases were traced and quarantined, the first test results were negative; new infected cases have not occurred for 9 days, there is a low ability that the epidemic will spread in the community.
In relation to 04 cases in a company located in Di An City, cumulatively the F1 cases related to 04 first patients were 114 cases, the first results were negative. In the second test, 01 case who is the 8888th Patient was found positive. Through investigation, 51 F1 cases of the 8888th Patient were confirmed, all of them were quarantined and taken test samples, the results were negative.
In relation to 01 infected case living in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City but working at a company located in 1B Quarter, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, the first test results of 81 F1 cases in the company were negative.
