It is known that to receive the award, an enterprise needs to meet 7 criteria, with a total score of 1,000. Specifically, the criteria include: Leadership role (120 points); strategic planning (85 points); customer and market oriented (85 points); knowledge measurement, analysis and management (90 points); human resource management and development (85 points); process management (85 points); performance results (450 points).
