At the Binh Duong bridge point, attending were Mr. Lai Xuan Thanh - Director of Department of Information and Communications, leaders of relevant departments, committees and branches.
This is the 3rd seminar organized by the Office of the Government and the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam in the field of e-Government development and is one of the cooperation and support activities of Japan for Vietnam in the implementation of e-Government.
From Japanese policies and experiences, Ministries, branches and localities together exchange, research and apply in accordance with the actual situation of their respective Ministries, agencies and localities.
Speaking at the seminar, Minister, Chairman of the Office of the Government Mai Tien Dung affirmed that: "Through the exchange and sharing of experiences like today, Vietnam will continue to take steady steps in the implementation of e-Government, contributing to the development of the country, the prosperity of the nation and good relationship between Vietnam - Japan".

In the year 2021 and the following years, the Government of Vietnam determines that the development of e-Government is a common trend of countries in the world and a fiscal space for economic development, a basic foundation for realizing the prospects for international integration of Vietnam, with the cross-cutting point of view that building and developing e-Government must ensure close linkage between the application of information technology and administrative reform, improve the publicity, transparency, reform service methods; get the people, enterprises centered and the satisfaction of individuals and organizations is an important measure in e-Government development.
Promoting the processing of work documents in the network environment, strengthening connection and linkages between state administrative agencies with socio-political professional organizations and enterprises, in which, focusing on the replication of the Information System serving meetings and processing work in Ministries, Ministerial-level agencies, People's Councils, People's Committees at provincial and district levels.
Effectively implementing the provision of online public services at level 3 and 4 and making online payment on the National Public Service Portal; digitizing the results of administrative procedures settlement, applying information technology to make the process and procedures transparent; connecting and sharing shared databases for processing administrative procedures and providing public services.
In addition, concentrating on the implementation of information systems serving the direction and administration activities of the Government, the Prime Minister, Ministries, branches, localities and and information systems serving people and enterprises.
