According to the report, the state administrative reform for the 2016-2020 period in Di An city, over the past time, has had many positive changes, creating the driving force to promote the economic and social development in a fast, stable and sustainable direction. However, the PAR has not kept up with the requirements, the proportion of administrative procedures resolved online at level 3 and 4 remains low, the spirit and attitude of serving the people and enterprises of a part of cadres and civil servants are not very good. Besides, the situation of slow processing documents, prolonged time is still causing many difficulties for people.

The delegates attending the conference asked nearly 20 questions to leaders of the province and Di An city on many related issues. Specifically, the results of the PAR of Binh Duong province and Di An city, as well as the directions of PAR in the coming time; the solutions to overcoming the overload situation in processing documents of people and enterprises at the commune level; the periodic transfer of cadres receiving and processing documents has not been carried out regularly, training and improvement of cadre qualifications in some places have not kept up with the requirements; the service attitude of a part of cadres and civil servants receiving and processing documents in some places is not up to standard; the investment in facilities, equipment, the application of information technology to serve the PAR, building Smart City in the coming time should continue to be strengthened, etc.
In the spirit of the progressive spirit, leaders of the province and Di An city have received and responded to comments and proposals from people and enterprises.

Speaking at the dialogue conference, Mr. Vo Van Minh said that the results achieved by the province as well as Di An city in the implementation of PAR in the 2016-2020 period are very positive, encouraging, and are achievements and a favorable foundation for the implementation of PAR in the next stage. He suggested that in the coming time, the Provincial People's Committee should direct and assign specific authorities and district-level People's Committees to soon overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the people; pay attention to resolving proposals and recommendations of people and enterprises to promptly remove difficult and entangled problems; along with that, direct and administer the PAR closely linked with the implementation of the Binh Duong Smart City project.
