Investigate the observance of security and order conditions in using of industrial explosives for quarrying by mine owners and organize patrol, control and handle violations of traffic order and security in general, in which, focus on handling violations of trucks carrying goods exceeding load, exceeding the loading height, trucks with the wrong body size, without hood, canvas cover. Strengthen propaganda to raise awareness of law observance to organizations, individuals and people when travelling.

The establishment of a delegation to coordinate with organizations and individuals who are the focal point for loading and unloading goods, inspecting the sand and stone yards and handling oversized and overloaded vehicles in Bac Tan Uyen district, Tan Uyen town will make an important contribution in correcting oversized, overloaded vehicles which cause environmental pollution, traffic accidents and protecting road infrastructure in Bac Tan Uyen district, Tan Uyen town. Especially, the DT.746 route passes through Thuong Tan and Tan My communes of Bac Tan Uyen district.

According to a report from the Traffic Safety Committee of Tan Uyen town, as of the middle of June 2020, through patrol and control activities, the town authorities have detected and recorded more than 6,100 cases of violation of traffic order and safety, with 1,913 cases of cars and 4,196 cases of motorcycles. In the total number of violations, the Traffic Police has detected 90 cases that cars transported goods exceeding the prescribed load, nearly 1,900 cases of encroaching on the road, lane, ect; in which, many cases of traffic safety and order violations were detected and handled on the route DT.746.
At the same time, in Bac Tan Uyen district, on the route DT.746, the district traffic police force detected and handled nearly 200 cases, 118 driving licenses were stripped of right to use for a definite term, forcing to downgrade load according to regulations.
