Attending at the provincial bridge point were Mr. Vo Van Minh - Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council; Mr. Mai Hung Dung - Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Commission for Mass Mobilization of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. The conference was conducted online to 103 bridge points at all 03 levels with about 4,500 delegates attending at the bridge points. This is the first dialogue conference held on a large scale online, with the participation of the leaders of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Provincial People's Council, People's Committee and leaders of the Party Executive Committees, authorities at all levels; leaders of provincial departments, committees and branches.

Reporting briefly on the socio-economic development of Binh Duong province in the term 2015-2020, Mr. Mai Hung Dung – Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) increased 9.35%, exceeding the set plan, the average GRDP per capita by 2020 reaches VND 155.7 million/year. Investment attraction has had big changes, the total number of domestic enterprises registered for business by the end of the term has increased by 2.5 times the number of enterprises and nearly 03 times in capital compared to the previous term; foreign investment attraction reached over USD 12 billion, by the end of the term there were 3,865 projects, the total registered capital was USD 34.93 billion (more than 1.56 times about the project and 1.66 times about the capital compared to the original). Along with that, the province has always cared for and implemented well policies to take care of improving the material and spirit of the people. Party development was properly concerned and exceeded the set targets, during the term 10,269 new party members were developed.

The province's orientation in the term 2020-2025 is to improve the quality of human resources, to meet the development requirements of the province, to focus on developing high-quality service sectors in association with industrial and urban development towards civilization and modernity.
Regarding the implementation of policies to support social security due to the impact of the Covid -19 pandemic, as of September 01, 2020, the total amount of support payments to all subjects was VND 79.6 billion. In general, the support has been actively deployed and carefully reviewed the list, not to happen duplication, omission or false subjects, so far no comments or questions have been recognized.
The Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee excitedly said that in the early days of September, there were two events contributing to the province's development achievements in 2020, those are Binh Duong ranked 4th in the application of information technology in E-Government development and got high ranking in the High School Exam 2020.
Speaking to suggest a number of issues before the dialogue, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Nam emphasized that, with a democratic and open spirit, the Secretary wanted representatives of party executive committees and authorities to raise shortcomings in working at the grassroots level, difficulties and pressing local problems. Especially the contributions and suggestions of the delegates contribute to the development of the province.

At the dialogue, delegates exchanged views on site clearance, state management of roads, administrative reform, traffic infrastructure, and handling administrative violations in the field of land, policies to support the effects of Covid-19 pandemic, urbanization, etc. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Nam satisfactorily answered each specific case, and at the same time requested the party executive committees, local authorities and related units to quickly remove difficulties and pressing problems that delegates presented on the principle of ensuring the interests of the people, in accordance with the State's regulations.
In addition to answering the questions of the delegates, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also informed about the development potential of the province in the coming time with the highlight of the key works with stature, promoting the economic development of the province, the planning of transport infrastructure, urban infrastructure in the future.

Concluding the conference, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Nam suggested departments, functional committees and branches to acknowledge opinions, coordinate to quickly and effectively resolve obstacles, existing problems, not to last long affecting the people's life and province's development. The efforts and results of the province's socio-economic development in the first months of the year are very proud. However, there are still many difficulties and challenges, the province has committed to the Central and the Government to maintain the economic development targets, thus requiring the unity of both the political system and people's consensus. In the coming time, it is suggested that all levels and branches focus on pandemic prevention and control under the direction of the Central and the province, be not neglected, subjective, focus on leadership, direct the completion of the set targets, focus on removing difficulties, disburse public investment capital, review problems, complaints and grievances of people, settle right from the grassroots not to arise hot spots, etc.
