Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilisation, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Mai Hung Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and representatives of departments, committees and branches.
Implementing the assignment of the Provincial Party Committee, departments, committees, branches and unions have completed draft reports serving the conference, collecting contribution comments on the conference agenda and proposals, offering suggestions of the Party executive committees, localities for issues to be discussed at the conference, as well as ensuring the technical conditions, logistics for conference organization.
Accordingly, the conference will be held in the online form during 01 session, expected in the morning of September 4, 2020, focusing on information on the implemention results of the Resolution of the 10th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015 – 2020, orienting a number of key tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security for the term 2020 – 2025; implemention results of support policies to people and enterprises who have been facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic; The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee directly will answer comments and suggestions of representatives of units and localities. It is expected that about 1,600 participants will attend at the bridge points.

Participants at the central bridge point (Hall B of the Provincial Party Committee): Standing Committee of the provincial People's Council, People's Committee; representatives of the Party Building Committee, Offices of the provincial Party Committee, provincial People's Council, provincial People's Committee, departments, committees, branches, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political unions, the Red Cross Society.
District-level bridge points: Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party cells, Party Committees of districts, towns, cities and Party Committees under the provincial Party Committee; Standing Committees of People's Councils, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, leaders of state agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political unions, the Red Cross society.
Commune-level bridge points: Party Executive Committees of communes, wards and towns; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and political-social unions, the Red Cross Society; Secretaries of the Party Cells, Heads of the Executive Boards, Heads of Quarter, hamlet Front Committees.
Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Van Nam agreed with the conference contents and agenda, technical work to prepare for the dialogue conference. In order for the dialogue conference to take place successfully and achieve the set objectives, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requests that the contents and issues discussed in the dialogue must be generalized in the province, highlighting the key issues and orientation of the province, etc.
