Up to now, 100% Party cells, grassroots Party Committees and 9/14 grassroots upper level Party Committees in the province have successfully organized Party congresses. In preparation for the 11th Provincial Party Congress, the Content Subcommittee basically completed the editing of draft documents to submit to the Congress and advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to assign 31 units to prepare presentation reports at the Congress. The Human Resources Subcommittee is urgently drafting the Human Resources Scheme to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for comments.
The Organization Subcommittee of Congress has focused on guiding, monitoring and advising to direct the successful organization of the grassroots level and grassroots upper level party congresses. The agencies assigned the tasks have developed their own plans and focused on implementing on schedule. Specifically, the provincial People's Committee issued a plan and assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate the implementation of preparations for the exhibition of provincial socio-economy, national defense and security achievements in 05 years from 2015 to 2020, decoration of the hall, the area to hold the Congress. The Propaganda and Training Committee of the Provincial Party Committee directed Binh Duong Newspaper, Binh Duong Television & Radio Station to focus on propagating the Party Congresses at all levels; building "Binh Duong - Imprint 2015-2020" journal and "Binh Duong - Imprint of term" documentary film. The provincial public security combining with the Provincial Military Command has been implementing a plan to ensure absolute safety for the Party Congresses at the grassroots level and grassroots upper level proceeding to the Provincial Party Congress.
After listening to the representatives' comments of the committees and agencies, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao asked the Subcommittees to continue focusing on preparing well for the Congress, paying attention to propaganda, ensuring security and order, etc.; completing draft documents to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration and submission to the Politburo for comments as prescribed.
