​​Accordingly, the objective of this Project is to enhance the application of information technology in the implementation of legal dissemination and education to meet the requirements of building an e-government to continue renewing content, diversifying forms and improving efficiency  of legal dissemination and education which meet social development requirements; contribute to creating fundamental and comprehensive changes in the sense of compliance and law observance of officials and people in the province.

Department of Justice collaborates with departments, agencies and people's committees of districts, towns and cities to build an electronic information portal of Binh Duong province; manage, exploit and operate the electronic information portal for legal dissemination and education of Binh Duong province; build programs, products, documents and publications to popularize legal education to post on the Portal; organize training to improve the capacity and profession of legal dissemination and education through the application of information technology to the law dissemination and education team; build a system to ensure all basic features, friendly interface, suitable for most popular browsers today, adapting on devices and using subdomains of binhduong.gov.vn which is pbgdpl.binhduong.gov.vn to access the Legal Education Information Portal.

Departments, branches and organizations of the province; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall coordinate with the Department of Justice in advising the Provincial Council for legal dissemination and education to promulgate and implement the Regulation on updating, managing, operating and exploiting the electronic information portal on legal dissemination and education.​
