BEGIC - ​In order to implement the project on schedule, ensure road traffic safety during the construction of the median strip on DT.747a, the distance from Ba Nghia slope to Cong Xanh junction, the Department of Transport notifies the construction time, traffic diversion plan and traffic control so that the drivers can safely circulate. 

Specifically, the construction time of the median strip on DT.747a from Ba Nghia slope to Cong Xanh junction is from June 23rd, 2020 to September 16th, 2020.

The construction of the median strip is divided into 2 construction points: No. 1- construction from Binh Co bridge to Ba Nghia slope (beginning of the route), No. 2 - construction from Binh Co bridge to Cong Xanh (ending of the route), the length of each construction segment is from 50m to 150m, the occupied surface area is 5m (including 3.5m in the construction direction and 1.5m in the opposite direction).

Traffic control and diversion plan: Each construction segment is fenced by a pillar of about 3m / pillar, combined with wire barrier, sign system and traffic regulators at both ends of the construction area (after installing each section, barriers are removed). Vehicles traveling through the construction area follow the moderator's instructions and traffic signs.​
