At the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman Mai Hung Dung briefed the provincial socio –economic development. Japan is the biggest investor in term of the investment capital with total capital of 5.6 billion US dollars among 65 countries and territories in Binh Duong province. He appreciated the Japanese companies in Binh Duong for their businesses, social responsibility, and policies for employees.
Japanese ambassador Umeda Kunio expressed his impress of the socio –economic achievement of Binh Duong and wished to continue to enhance the cooperation between Japan and Viet Nam in general and with Binh Duong in specific in areas of economics, culture, education, …Especially, the Viet Nam - Japan U13 international teenager football tournament kicked off in December 20th, 2019 in Binh Duong province.
Standing Vice Chairman Mai Hung Dung expressed his sincere thanks to Japanese ambassador to Viet Nam for his support and wished to receive his cooperation in strengthen the relation between Binh Duong and Japanese partners in the future.
