​Horasis - Binh Duong 2019 brings together about 400 senior guests from 60 countries around the world and 350 guests from the Central, Ministries, branches of Vietnam and localities. The meeting consists a series of discussion sessions on regional and world economic issues, new trends in technology development etc. Following the success of the Horasis Asia Meeting – Binh Duong 2018, the Horasis Asia Meeting – Binh Duong 2019 is organized including 04 Horasis plenary meetings, 35 Regional Dialogue focused on Asia and also other event such as "Horasis for all" Festival.

At the meeting, delegates focused discussions and suggestions to overcome the outstanding issues of Horasis - Binh Duong 2018 such as: Security, decoration, communication, logistics, welcome rituals etc. to create success for Horasis - Binh Duong 2019.

Speaking at the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee requested the established sub-committees to actively assign tasks to members as a basis for implementation. In the process of implementing the tasks, the member departments and branches must actively exchange and provide information to the relevant subcommittees, regularly reporting the status of work performance. Departments, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities thoroughly and widely propagate information to cadres, civil servants, officials, laborers and the entire people about the purpose and significance of hosting Horasis 2019.​
