Binh Duong's government has always taken interest in building a friendly business and investment environment and accompanied with the enterprises to facilitate their development. In the coming time, the Ambassador would further introduce Binh Duong to the Singaporean enterprises so that they would come to seek for investment chances in the province. She also expressed her belief in the strong development of Binh Duong in the future.

 Expressing his pleasure to welcome Ms. Catherine Wong on the occasion of her visit to Binh Duong, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee Dang Minh Hung gave a brief outline of Binh Duong's socio-economic situation and foreign investment attraction over the last years. Binh Duong is hosting about 230 Singaporean enterprises capitalized at over 1.3 billion USD that ranked third in Binh Duong. He said that Binh Duong is paying much attention to social welfare, manpower training and infrastructure construction. To implement its development programs, Binh Duong is deeply in need of investment from the Singaporean enterprises. As for the provincial government, Binh Duong hosts meetings and dialogues with enterprises and industries every year to help solve their difficulties and the province always has plans to protect the enterprises from risks. He hoped that Binh Duong would be a potential destination to the Singaporean investors and that the relationship between Vietnamese and Singaporean enterprises in Binh Duong province would strongly develop.
