At the reception, General Director Chang Shin Jae said that Celtrion is the biggest third biopharmaceutical producer in Korea. Successfully producing 3 of 6 most difficult biopharmaceutical products of the world, it is now expanding investment in US and European countries. The Celtion is now investigating conditions for building its third manufacturing factory in Viet Nam, which have two-fold capacity compared to those in Korea. Expectedly, the factory capitalized at USD 800 million will produce 360 thousand liters of solution. Chang Shin Jae evaluated that Binh Duong has favorable infrastructure
and good conditions for development while hoping that Celtrion Group and Korean
businesses will keep on receive supported from Binh Duong’s authorities.

The Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee Tran Thanh Liem thanks Celtrion Group for its interest in Binh Duong's investment climate and highly appreciated the active contributions of Korean businesses to the socio-economic development of the province. With nearly 700 businesses and the registered capital of nearly USD 3 billion, Korea is ranked fourth among countries and territories to invest in Binh Duong. In addition, Binh Duong is now ranked second in FDI attraction and will continue to great favorable conditions for investors. He praised the development orientation of Celtion Group in Viet Nam and hoped the Group will choose Binh Duong as its destination.
