​Accordingly, the conference is designed with 5 main events including the overall meeting about Binh Duong Smart City, scientific workshop on Smart City, workshop on enterprises, Hackahton Competition and the exhibition about Smart City.

In more detail, the overall meeting about Binh Duong Smart City is scheduled to open at 8:30 AM in Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center, the scientific workshop on Smart City and the workshop on enterprises will start at 1:30 PM, both on the same day of November, 27th 2017. The Hackathon Competition will be held within 2 days from 25th to 26th of November at Eastern International University. The exhibition about Smart City is from 25th to 27th in the provincial Convention and Exhibition Center.

Binh Duong provincial People's Committee's Office is assigned to cooperate with Binh Duong Smart City's Office, Provincial Police Department, provincial Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting Police, Eastern International University, Binh Duong Newspaper, Binh Duong Radio and Television, Binh Duong Portal,  Becamex IDC and relevant Departments to implement this plan.
