This investment is part of the Company's long-term roadmap to expand production in Viet Nam, meeting the growing demand of the regional market.
Accordingly, Tetra Pak will invest in an additional production line expected to be fully operational in the third quarter of 2025. With this expansion, the factory can produce new and innovative beverage cartons, meeting the growing demand in the domestic and regional markets.
To achieve new capacity, the Binh Duong factory will also increase its workforce, creating more opportunities for both current employees and residents in the surrounding area.
Since coming into operation, Tetra Pak's manufacturing plant in Binh Duong has quickly become one of the most advanced factories in the region, playing an important role in Viet Nam as well as in the global supply chain of Tetra Pak. This expansion is part of the Company's plan to affirm this is the market that promotes strategic development for the entire region.
The upcoming implementation will be carried out in accordance with Tetra Pak's commitment to environmental protection and corporate management responsibility, maintaining sustainable standards throughout its business operations. The company has cooperated closely with Government and local agencies to ensure production expansion always complies with Vietnamese legal regulations.
Tetra Pak announced that it will invest an additional 97 million Euros in a paper beverage box factory in Binh Duong province.
