In addition, Binh Duong has oriented and put into planning the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 5 connecting Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, and Central Highlands provinces. The province has invested in railway lines and logistics terminals, connecting across Asia through Cambodia to Thi Vai - Cai Mep seaport and Long Thanh International Airport. This will be a new corridor, playing a key role in the development of the Northern sub-region, while connecting with important economic corridors of the region and the region, and being an important international gateway to the region and Viet Nam.

In addition, the province has proactively worked with the Ministry of Information and Communications on establishing a centralized information technology park with an area of about 50 hectares to attract investors in high technology, semiconductor chip technology, and electronic circuits. At the same time, it agreed on the policy with FPT Group to invest in a Software Park, associated with a multi-level school system with a scale of 100 hectares in Tan Uyen City to train workforces in science and information technology for the whole region.

With the province's existing advantages, Mr. Vo Van Minh believed that Binh Duong would be an ideal destination for investors, especially Korean investors with strengths in high-tech industries, semiconductor chips, green energy, green economy, circular economy, etc., which are in accordance with the province's investment attraction criteria.
