Expressing his joy to welcome H.E. Mr. Andrew Goledzinowski to visit Binh Duong, Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh respectfully invited the Ambassador to attend the memorial ceremony and burial of the remains of martyrs held on the morning of April 26 at the Martyrs Cemetery of Binh Duong province. The Chairman of the PPC informed the Ambassador about the process of searching for the remains of martyrs found in Choi Dung hamlet, Binh My commune, Bac Tan Uyen district. The search process involved Australian veterans participating in surveying, searching, exploring, and locating burial pits.

H.E. Mr. Andrew Goledzinowski thanked the provincial leaders for the invitation and said that many Australian veterans had been following the news about the search for the remains of martyrs in Choi Dung hamlet, Binh My commune, Bac Tan Uyen district in the past few days. They are touched and looking forward to the burial ceremony of martyrs.

At the meeting, the two sides also discussed cooperation opportunities in the future. The Chairman of the PPC hoped that the Ambassador would continue to support Binh Duong in connecting, learning, and establishing friendly cooperative relations with Australian localities. At the same time, he hoped the Ambassador would introduce and connect Australian businesses to invest in Binh Duong in fields that the province is interested in such as education, high technology, digital transformation, banking and finance, smart city development, renewable energy, environmental protection, etc.
