Dr. Ngo Minh Duc was born in 1981, graduated with a doctorate in mechanical engineering in the United States in 2009, then worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the California Institute of Technology, USA until 2011. During 11 years of working at EIU, Dr. Ngo Minh Duc has had research works, scientific articles specializing in the field of science and technology and published in prestigious international journals.
