At the meeting, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoang Thao briefly informed the delegation about the province's socio-economic situation. Despite suffering many difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Binh Duong is gradually recovering and developing strongly, socio-economic indicators in the first 6 months of 2022 have achieved many positive results. Along with that, the work of social security, security and order is ensured. Preparing for the new school year, the province makes every effort so that all children of the same age can go to school, especially children whose parents or relatives have died due to Covid-19. The province also creates all favorable conditions for the development of the Agriculture branch in order to contribute to improving the lives of farmers. On this occasion, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated Ms. Cao Xuan Thu Van on accepting the new task and believed that in her new position, she would work with the leaders of the Union Central Committee to build a growing VFN.

Ms. Cao Xuan Thu Van said that the VFU Central Committee is conducting a field survey of some typical farmer models of the country, especially new, successful models that bring economic efficiency. On that basis, the Union will develop a solution to innovate the method of gathering members towards the establishment of farmers' branches with good production. At the same time, proposing specific policies for farm and high-tech agricultural production models in some localities across the country, including Binh Duong. She wished that the province would give maximum attention and support to the activities of the Provincial Farmers' Union so that the Union would have a position commensurate with its assigned tasks.

Visiting An Thai Hi-tech Agricultural Park invested by U&I Agriculture Joint Stock Company, Ms. Cao Xuan Thu Van - Vice President of the VFU Central Committee highly appreciated the process of investing in the application of high technology and advanced foreign techniques in production here. In particular, she praised the cooperation and transfer of technology in cultivation to farmers to improve the quality of agricultural products and sell products to farmers. This cooperation will promote agricultural production in a sustainable way, spread the effectiveness of high-tech agricultural models, and make the province's agriculture branch more and more developed.
