Specifically, the Resolution on the establishment of Thematic supervision delegation in 2023 of the Provincial People's Council; monitoring results on the situation and results of implementing support policies affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Binh Duong province; stipulating a number of expenditure regimes to serve the activities of People's Councils at all levels in Binh Duong province; amending and supplementing Resolution No. 53/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on the list of works and projects subject to land recovery and change of land use purpose for rice cultivation in 2022 in Binh Duong Province; List of public non-business services funded by the state budget in the field of health in Binh Duong province; List of public non-business services funded by the state budget in the field of education and training in Binh Duong province; stipulating the level of support for registration of intellectual property protection at home and abroad under the Intellectual Property Development Program of Binh Duong province up to 2030; Youth development in Binh Duong province in the 2021 – 2030 period, etc.

The Resolution on the multidimensional poverty line of Binh Duong province in the 2022-2025 period was approved at the meeting stipulating the income criteria for rural areas is 2,100,000 VND/person/month; urban areas is 2,600,000 VND/person/month. Criteria for the shortage degree of basic social services include 06 services: Employment; health care; education; housing; domestic water and sanitation; information. Indicators measuring the level of basic social service shortage include 12 indicators: Employment; dependents in the household; nutrition; Health insurance; adult education level; children's school attendance; housing quality; housing area per capita; domestic water source; hygienic latrines; using telecommunications services; means of information access.
The meeting also passed a Resolution approving the establishment of An Dien ward, An Tay ward of Ben Cat town and Ben Cat city of Binh Duong province. Accordingly, establishing An Dien ward, An Tay ward of Ben Cat town on the basis of converting the original area, administrative boundaries and population of An Dien commune, An Tay commune of Ben Cat town and establishing Ben Cat city on the basis of converting the original area, administrative boundaries and population of Ben Cat town.
