Talking to provincial leaders, Mr. Louis Zacharilla congratulated Binh Duong on the achievements achieved after 25 years of construction and development as well as the province's strategic orientations in the coming time, including building a smart city in accordance with ICF's criteria. In addition to honoring the Top 7 Intelligent Communities, the event will focus on discussing, exchanging and giving solutions to the problem of overcoming difficulties and recovering the economy after the Covid-19 pandemic to continue sustainable development. ICF will synthesize the best answers to find shared solutions in the ICF community. Mr. Louis Zacharilla expressed his impression of Binh Duong's outstanding economic growth after the Covid-19 pandemic and wanted the province to share lessons learned with the ICF community; at the same time, when given the opportunity, will introduce potential investors to explore investment opportunities in Binh Duong.

180 members which are prosperous smart cities around the world. ICF researches,
selects and honors typical smart cities of the world based on the criteria set
forth by ICF in order to develop the economy, solve social security issues and
preserve cultural traditions. The SMART21 list is selected by ICF based on
quantitative and qualitative data, focusing on 06 major fundamental criteria,
including: Broadband, knowledge workforce, innovation, equal access to digital technology,
sustainability and advocacy. The set of criteria helps communities to initially
"measure" their own "intelligence", based on which they
have development orientations, improve community service quality, mobilize
participation and enlist the support of the whole region.
